“Pam is a truly remarkable woman. She is a very loving, helpful, generous mother, wife and friend. She is also a creative artist who is very adept at recycling garments, accessories and jewelry into beautiful wearable jackets, handbags and tote bags. For many of us she has given our wardrobes a "lift". I met Pam at a yarn store in Alameda several years ago and we have become good friends. Spending time with her is always an upbeat experience for me. Not only is she a very talented lady, but she is always enthusiastic about what is going on in her life and what she is doing and what she is going to do. She is an inspiration to all with all with everything she has accomplished while living with Parkinson's. She is very disciplined and diligent about her daily routine which includes exercise and paying close attention to a medication regime. This website and the PJ Fund are a living tribute to one terrific lady!
